From the very beginning, the team was compassionate, responsive, and determined to make the transition as smooth as possible. They communicated with us every step of the way and truly advocated for her to get the care she needed without unnecessary delays. When she arrived, they welcomed her warmly and did everything they could to make her comfortable and accommodate her needs.
